Regulatory Associate (9 months fixed contract)

REGULATORY ASSOCIATE (9 MONTHS FIXED CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

• Conducting the necessary global correspondence related to applications and tracking submission dossiers
• Preparing Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and Package Leaflet information on an application-specific basis
• Preparing post-authorization application dossiers
• Performing electronic submissions and ensuring local follow-up
• Carrying out 100% verification of updated packaging information in line with source documents
• Implementing and updating internal company systems
• Electronically archiving Ministry correspondence

Qualifications:

• Final year student or graduate of Pharmacy (Faculty of Pharmacy) bachelor’s degree
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Good team player, with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
• Flexibility in order to meet customer needs
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Adaptable to learn new programs
• Advanced written and verbal English skills.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
