What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role, you'll support the entire recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact for candidates. You'll manage schedules, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed about their application status. You'll work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in organizing recruiting activities and developing candidate relationships, often being the first impression candidates have of Amgen.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the talent acquisition team by scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Liaise with candidates and Hiring managers
- Arrange logistics for interviews, including meeting rooms, video conferencing, etc.
- Facilitate virtual interviews and troubleshoot technical issues if any.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Gather and update feedback from interviewers.
What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The sourcing specialist professional we seek will have the following qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 4 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role within Human resources
- Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Highly proactive and process-centric attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
