Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to serve as Technology Hiring Program Manager for our Workforce Strategy Transformation. This high-impact role will drive the execution of complex batch hiring operations in support of our global Technology organization. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional collaborator with proven experience leading large-scale talent initiatives, managing data-driven processes, and influencing senior stakeholders across enterprise environments.

In this role, you will lead the orchestration of strategic hiring cycles, managing end-to-end planning, data integrity, and operational execution. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Capability, HR, Procurement, and Program teams to ensure hiring plans align to enterprise goals, including cost efficiency, organizational readiness, and capability development. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive program manager who brings a systems-thinking approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to operational excellence.
What you will do
Lead cross-functional coordination with Capability Leads to define and sequence roles for each monthly hiring batch in alignment with enterprise hiring strategy.
Own the governance of hiring design data, ensuring Design Group Input files are regularly updated and aligned to the latest role design information and program requirements.
Manage data intake and validation workflows, working with Capability Leads, Hiring Managers, and Interview Coordinators to ensure end-to-end hiring plan information accuracy.
Partner with senior stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Analytics, and Operating Model teams) to create hiring plans and align hiring activities with savings targets and operational milestones.
Resolve data integrity issues across platforms such as Orgvue, input files, and program dashboards to maintain cross-system consistency.
Design and implement hiring prioritization models based on cost savings and strategic impact to guide batch sequencing decisions.
Oversee access controls and manage the “Under the Tent” process to protect confidential program documentation.
Monitor hiring KPIs and provide strategic reporting, such as the number of roles designed, posted and onboarded by hiring groups.
Provide thought partnership and programmatic support to enhance hiring operations, working closely with the broader transformation team to identify process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree or equivalent education.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
5+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, talent strategy, or workforce transformation within complex organizations.
Functional Skills:
Must Have
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and manage senior-level relationships.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with expertise in workforce planning, Recruitment, data governance, and hiring operations.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SharePoint, and project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across distributed teams.
Good to Have
Experience working within agile product or transformation teams is a plus.
Familiarity with talent acquisition platforms and workforce planning tools (e.g., Workday) is strongly preferred.
Life-sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceutical) industry experience.
Soft Skills:
Leadership and relationship-building skills with executives, senior leaders, various cross-functional partners, HR (business partners, compensation/benefits, mobility) and executive support staff.
Communication and executive level presentation skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized and eloquent manner
