  • Translate business needs into clear problem statements, MVP scope, and success criteria
  • Develop rapid, data-driven business cases (value, feasibility, scalability)
  • Drive execution across the IVI lifecycle: intake → MVP → pilot → scale → sustain
  • Ensure solutions are designed for multi-site reuse, scalability, and long-term sustainment

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Network Leadership

  • Drive change adoption by aligning stakeholders on value, ways of working, and behavioral shifts required for AI-enabled solutions
  • Serve as a primary AIN point of contact for manufacturing stakeholders
  • Build trusted partnerships with site leadership, Quality, and functional SMEs
  • Structure engagement to maximize input while minimizing burden on site teams
  • Mobilize the right cross-functional expertise (AI/Data, Tech, SMEs) to deliver outcomes
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across a complex, global stakeholder network

4. Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Operate as a program manager and solution translator, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Drive execution discipline in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Ensure adherence to defined governance, decision gates, and escalation pathways
  • Track and report progress against delivery milestones, adoption, and value realization

5. Value Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive outcomes aligned to IVI success metrics, including:
  • Speed to MVP
  • Adoption, behavior change, and scalability across sites Measurable business impact (e.g., cycle time, quality, productivity)
  • Capture lessons learned and feed back into continuous improvement of IVI operating model
  • Ensure solutions are compliant by design, meeting GxP and regulatory expectations
