Senior Manager - Automation Product Management
What you will do

In this vital role you will responsible for defining the vision & strategy, primarily responsible for enhancing the value delivered by the AI and Automation platforms engineering team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and collaborator needs. The role represents leading the technology platforms and DevOps teams to lead the transition from Intelligent automation to Agentic Process Automation and ensures that strategy and implementation remain connected throughout the value stream. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product management, Intelligent automation platforms engineering, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in building and leading a global team of Product Analysts, Platform and DevOps Engineers contributing to a growing internal AI & Automation Platforms and Solutions management practice.
- Provide visionary leadership in defining, evolving, and implementing strategies for the adoption of agentic process automation, integrating AI agents that learn, reason, and autonomously implement business processes across functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning in emerging AI and automation technologies.
- Oversee the development and lifecycle management of AI & automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, DocuSign, orchestration frameworks and workflow engines).
- Ensure platforms are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in agentic automation, autonomous agents, AI orchestration, and GenAI. Evaluate and pilot new tools and frameworks and bring forward innovative capabilities that align with enterprise strategy.
- Ensure regulatory and audit readiness in design, deployment, and monitoring of platforms and solutions.
- Lead DevOps solution engineering practices for platform and solutions availability, performance monitoring, incident management, and cost optimization of AI and automation services.
- Find opportunities to improve the product / platform / system and development process, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product / platform
- Oversee the day-to-day management of technology platforms, ensuring that they meet performance, security, and availability requirements
- Manage relationships with product / platform /system vendors, ensuring that service levels are met and that the organization derives the best value from its investments
- Define, monitor, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the service meets performance and availability requirements
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into product performance, user engagement, and other key metrics
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities and inform product/platforms strategy
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify problems and opportunities for product/service improvement

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 12 to 17 years Product Owner / Platform Owner / Service Owner
- Deep Expertise in Intelligent Automation with experience in automations tools like UiPath & Power Automate, Process Intelligence tools like Celonis, DocuSign and GenAI Tools/LLMs.
- Experience leading or collaborating with platform and DevOps teams to operationalize scalable, reliable, and secure AI/automation platforms (CI/CD, observability).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and infrastructure management
- Familiarity with emerging frameworks for agentic automation (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI) is a big plus.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including analysts, engineers, and architects in a matrixed or agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) in deploying AI/automation.
- Experience managing change and driving adoption of new digital technologies across large or regulated enterprises.
- Domain Knowledge in Life Sciences / Healthcare
- Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform
- Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions
Professional Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications (preferred)
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in system management or specific IT systems (preferred)

- Ability to lead, coach, and grow multidisciplinary teams by fostering trust, psychological safety, and a high-performance culture.
- Drives transformation by inspiring others, navigating resistance, and building momentum for adopting AI and automation at scale.
