Sr. Associate Information Systems - Network Operations
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the organization's global network infrastructure. The position ensures high availability, performance, and security by configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, executing operational procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to established best practices in a sophisticated and constantly evolving technology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Network Infrastructure Operations and a commitment to technical excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teams is required to ensure seamless integration and operational stability. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with core networking technologies (LAN/WAN/Data Center/Load balancers), Cisco routing and switching equipment, F5 load balancing solutions, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP platforms. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure. Please note, this is an onsite role based in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure systems
Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
Implement network security measures and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Network Operations, OR
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Operations, OR
Diploma with 7 to 9 years of experience in Network Operations, OR
Preferred Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
Previous, or current, CCNP certification (required)
Proven experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies (required)
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining F5 load balancers (required)
Proficiency with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions (required)
Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
Experience with network security concepts and implementation
Good-to-Have Skills:
CCIE certification
Experience with SD-WAN solutions
Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with network monitoring tools
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience with DevOps, S/W development and scripting
Experience with Software-Defined Networking (SD-WAN)
Familiarity with network orchestration platforms
Good knowledge of industry tools
Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):
CCNP certification (previous or current) (mandatory)
CCIE certification (preferred)
F5 Certified Administrator (preferred)
Infoblox certification (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities

Shift Information: This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work off hours, as required based on business requirements.
