What you will do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital site enablement role you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Learning Programs, where the Senior Associate is responsible for:

  • Learning Program Execution & Coordination
    • Support implementation of learning solutions aligned to functional and enterprise capability needs.
    • Coordinate logistics for training programs, systems, and platforms (e.g., scheduling, materials, communications).
    • Ensure accurate, timely completion of training activities that contribute to project or program milestones.
  • Content & Data Management
    • Maintain and update learning records, materials, and digital assets in learning systems.
    • Conduct data integrity checks, reconcile discrepancies, and support audit-readiness for learning compliance.
  • Learning Analytics & Reporting
    • Apply analytical skills to interpret training data, performance trends, and learner feedback.
    • Prepare reports or insights used by L&P partners to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Support
    • Engage with business partners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and program requirements.
    • Provide responsive support to learners and managers regarding L&P processes and tools.
  • Process & Quality Improvement
    • Recommend process improvements within assigned areas based on recurring issues or observed gaps.
    • Participate in documenting and enhancing standard operating procedures for consistency in L&P delivery.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Working
    • Build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the immediate team.
    • Work with peers in HR, Quality, and functional learning partners to ensure alignment and seamless program execution.
  • Guidance to Others
    • Provide support, informal coaching, or training to colleagues or new team members on L&P processes and tools.

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree

Or
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Talent, Learning and Development, or Instructional Design experience

Or
Associate's degree and 6 years of Talent, Learning and Development, or Instructional Design experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting training programs, content management, or learner support.
  • Ability to work within established processes and support enhancements to learning workflows.
  • Familiarity with learning methodologies, adult learning principles, or enterprise learning tools (e.g., LMS, LXP).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Saba, Cornerstone) or content platforms.
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, pharma, biotech) or training compliance support.
  • Familiarity with project coordination for learning initiatives.
  • Exposure to instructional design processes, even if not designing full curricula.
  • Ability to analyze learning data (completion rates, feedback trends).
  • Solid proficiency with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, or learning platforms.
  • Comfort working with training data, compliance records, or audit-related documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to support learning program documentation, instructions, and learner communications.
