The Senior Associate Compliance helps to promote and support adherence to all HealthcareCompliance requirements (internal and external) internationally and globally.

Responsible for:

Gathering documentation and supporting with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk.Providing feedback, tracking and participating in improvement actions
Supporting JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance within the business
Championing compliance best practices of the organization
Demonstrating knowledge of compliance objectives and processes that impact compliance training
Understands the business priorities and is an advocate for compliance within the business
Working collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs

KEY ACTIVITIES

Acts as the primary point of contact to support the JAPAC region
Works closely with manager and other single points of contacts to support alignment internationally and globally
Provides support during the development and implementation of healthcare compliance programs globally, including FMV and the Country Requirements Overview support for the JAPAC region
Supports CDOCS and LMS subject matter experts
Gathers documentation and supports with identifying potential areas of improvement, opportunity and risk
Supports JAPAC affiliate staff to accomplish healthcare compliance initiatives and goals and be an advocate for compliance best practices within the business
Assists in the development, review, implementation and administration of healthcare compliance programs, policies, standard operating procedures, tools,  systems, job aids and trainings
Understands the business and compliance priorities and aligns individual priorities accordingly
Works collaboratively with the Training and System team to address local needs

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPEREINCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
Fluency in English
Additional languages preferred
Preferred experience working globally
Compliance awareness/experience
Working with cross-functional teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Project coordination and administration
Technology proficient i.e. SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps
