Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivatedDevOps/DevSecOpsEngineerwith5–8 years of experiencein cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, andDevSecOpsbest practices. This role willbe responsible fordesigning, automating, securing, andoperatingscalable application platforms while enabling development teams through robust CI/CD pipelines and observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines usingJenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.

• Develop reusable automation scripts usingPython and Bash.

• ImplementGitOpsand infrastructure automation best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering

• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure onAWS.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions usingTerraform.

• Automate configuration management and server provisioning usingAnsible.

• Optimizecloud resourceutilization, security, and cost.

Containerization & Kubernetes

• Build and manage containerized applications usingDocker.

• Deploy and manage workloads onKubernetes.

• Package and deploy applications usingHelm Charts.

• Troubleshoot cluster performance, networking, and scalability issues.

Monitoring & Observability

• Implement monitoring and alerting usingPrometheusandGrafana.

• Manage centralized logging and analytics using theELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

• Perform root cause analysis and proactively improve platform reliability.

Application & Platform Engineering

• Support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and deployREST APIs.

• Improve system performance, resiliency, and scalability.

• Participate in architecture reviews and platform modernization initiatives.

Security &DevSecOps

• Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.

• ImplementDevSecOpspractices including vulnerability management, secrets management, container security, and policy enforcement.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

• Promote secure coding and deployment practices across engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 5–8 yearsof hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), orDevSecOps.

• Strong experience with:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withGitOpstools such asArgoCDor Flux.

• Exposure to Kubernetes security and policy management.

• Knowledge of Security Scanning tools (SAST, DAST, Container Scanning).

• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio,Linkerd).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are a plus.
