  • Use Python for data preparation, automation, exploratory analysis, and quality checks.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
  • Build data models, KPI frameworks, business rules, and reporting logic to support scalable analytics.
  • Conduct managed markets analytics, including formulary position, utilization management, payer restrictions, customer segmentation, and access performance.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify business questions, and present insights clearly.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Python, preferably for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
  • Strong BI experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
  • Experience creating or working with data models, dashboards, KPI definitions, and business rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adopt AI-enabled tools and modern analytics approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, payer, market access, or managed markets analytics.
  • Understanding of the US pharmaceutical ecosystem, including payers, PBMs, IDNs, formulary coverage, utilization management, claims, and reimbursement.
  • Exposure to datasets such as IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Claims, IQVIA NPA, IQVIA DDD, formulary coverage data, specialty pharmacy data, rebate data, or payer data.
  • Experience with advanced analytics such as segmentation, longitudinal patient analysis, cohort analysis, time-series analysis, or diagnostic analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation tools, or analytics accelerators to improve productivity and insight generation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; or
  • Diploma with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Relevant fields may include analytics, business intelligence, computer science, statistics, data science, engineering, economics, pharmacy, life sciences, or related disciplines.

What Makes You a Great Fit
