In this vitalroleyou willbe responsible forleading the testing activities for software applications and solutions that meet business needs andensuringthe availability of critical systems and applications. This role is for a lead tester with experience around Clinical Trial Management and functional knowledge. The role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to test high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement discussions related to system(s) within Clinical TrialOperations, andSiteEngagement (CTMME) product team,in order tocreate test scripts.

• Build test scripts per implementation project plan by working with various members of the product team and business partners.

• Conduct informal and formal testing,consolidateall thefindingsand coordinate withdeveloper(s) and business partners to resolve all the issues.

• Perform regression testing to verify thechangesdo not negativelyimpactexisting system functionality.

• Communicate potential risks and contingency plans with project management to ensure process compliance with all regulatory and Amgen procedural requirements.

• Identifyand resolve technical challenges/bugseffectively .

• Work closely with multi-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software on time.

• Support the creationand implementation of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree /Master'sdegree /Bachelor'sdegree with6to8years of experience in Computer Science/Information Systems & Agile Software Development methodologies

Must-Have Skills:

• Goodhands-on knowledge ofend to endsoftware testing & validation processes.In addition to above candidatespossessinggoodknowledge of life science domain will havepreference.

• GoodExperience with testing methodologies andautomation practices.

• Experience with testing tools such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Experience in conducting testing activities inGxPsystems.

• Good Problem-solving skills - Identifying and fixing bugs, adapting to changes.

• Excellent communication skillsbothverbal and written- Explaining design decisions, collaborating with teams& Stakeholders.

• Experienced in Agilemethodologyand ceremonies.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Risk-based Approach to Change Management of ValidatedGxPSystems(Risk Based Validation approach).

• Working knowledge of SQL scripting.

• Experience inRisk based Quality Management (RBM/RBQM)systems.

• Working knowledge of automation testing.

• Experience in Veeva Validation management(VVM tool).

• Experience with cloud-based technologieslike AWS & GCP.
