Senior Associate, OTC Product Execution

Global Supply Chain | Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Order-to-Cash (OTC) Product Execution to support and enhance critical digital supply chain operations across the Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash landscape. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, system optimization, and digital innovation across global supply chain processes. 

The ideal candidate combines strong business process knowledge with digital systems expertise, automation capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, IS/Product Teams, Quality, Finance, and Commercial affiliates to support global operations, drive system enhancements, and contribute to strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Digital Product Execution Support

• Support S/4 HANA transition; key activities include UAT/OQ testing, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization 

• Provide operational support for OTC systems across ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), EDI, Salesforce, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, automation platforms, and reporting systems. 

• Manage and resolve complex system-related incidents, troubleshooting activities, and deviation support in a timely manner. 

• Support user access management, training, and end-user guidance across digital supply chain platforms. 

• Support system enhancement, configuration, and customization activities for OTC-related digital platforms and ERP solutions based on evolving business requirements. 

• Support the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of BOT / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of supply chain operations. 

• Participate in testing, validation, and business readiness activities for AI-driven solutions, digital enhancements, and intelligent automation initiatives. 

• Support monitoring and issue resolution for AI-enabled workflows, automated processes, and integrated digital platforms. 

Project & Portfolio Support

• Participate in cross-functional projects as a Business Owner, Tester, or Subject Matter Expert. 

• Coordinate with GCX-OTC Project Managers to monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets. 

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business requirement gathering, validation activities, and documentation approvals. 

• Own and manage minor business changes and enhancements through Change Control Management Systems (CCMS). 

Process Improvement & Governance

• Participate in the assessment, documentation, and validation of enhancement requests, automation use cases, and business process improvements. 

• Contribute to SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Global Documents (GDE), and training material updates. 

• Ensure all activities comply with SOX, GxP, GDP, and Amgen operational standards. 

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by supporting implementation and optimization of AI, automation, and advanced digital capabilities across OTC operations. 

Key Deliverables

• Successful transition of SAP from ECC to S/4 HANA; support delivery of UAT/OQ testing, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization 

• High-quality support and timely resolution of OTC complex operational issues. 

• Successful execution and tracking of digital supply chain projects, enhancements, and automation initiatives. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, OTC, Digital Product Support, or related business processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry. 

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, at a minimum SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce. 

• Strong understanding of OTC business processes and system flows. 

• Experience working in global and cross-cultural environments. 

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, EDI, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, or other digital supply chain technologies. 

• Experience with BOT development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms. 

• Exposure to system customization, enhancement lifecycle management, and digital process optimization initiatives. 

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning-enabled workflows, intelligent document processing, or predictive analytics solutions is a plus. 

• Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma principles. 

• Understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulated supply chain environments. 

• APICS or SCOR certification is a plus.
