  • Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing issues; drive resolution and escalate appropriately.

Analytics & Reporting Delivery

  • Oversee delivery of dashboards, recurring reporting support, KPI reporting outputs, and related analytics requests assigned to the AIN hub.

  • Ensure strong data quality, documentation, version control, and maintenance of reporting assets.

  • Drive opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reporting and analytics-related activities.

  • Partner with US leads to clarify requirements, confirm delivery scope, and enable smooth handoff for business validation.

Systems, Documentation & Release Support

  • Coordinate support activities for Model N and related CPE systems, including issue and enhancement tracking, release readiness support, and follow-up on delivery actions.

  • Oversee maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, governance logs, and other structured operational records.

  • Ensure timely completion of access, training, and operational tracker updates required to support execution discipline.

  • Partner with Information Systems and other business partners, as needed, to support enhancements, defect resolution, and process changes impacting the supported delivery scope.

Quality, Controls & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure consistent application of documentation standards, established processes, and control requirements across AIN-supported work.

  • Contribute to audit readiness and evidence collection for applicable operational activities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve documentation quality, strengthen delivery consistency, and increase automation.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, ownership, and continuous improvement aligned with Amgen Values.

US Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Provide clear status updates on delivery progress, risks, and issues to the US Senior Manager and US business-facing leads.

  • Coordinate priorities, handoffs, and action tracking across the US/AIN operating model.

  • Support governance forums, reporting cadences, and operational reviews with US partners.

  • Lead, coach, and develop AIN-based analysts supporting analytics, reporting, systems coordination, and documentation activities.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, cross-training, and performance management for AIN delivery hub team members.
