KeyResponsibilities
Design, build, andmaintaininteractivePower BI dashboards andreportsthatmonitorcriticalOTC performancemetricsacrossorder management, returns,chargebacks,credits, and customercomplaints.
Translatebusinessneedsintoscalabledata solutionsusingSAP ERP,Salesforceandotherenterprisesystems.
Partnerwithglobal GCX, Supply Chain, and DTIteamstoensuredataaccuracy,standardization, andeffectivereportingfor key business processes.
Leaddevelopmentofnewmetricsandreportingframeworks tomeasureoperationaleffectiveness, customerexperience, and digitaladoptiontrends.
Provideanalyticssupport for strategicinitiativessuchasprocessautomation, systemintegration, andcontinuousimprovementprojects.
Drive insightsoncustomerbehaviorandpainpointsbyintegratingmultipledatasetsandcollaboratingwiththe Customer Journey, Service Delivery, and Productteams.
Establishgovernancearounddashboard design, datasources, andreportingstandards toensureconsistencyandalignmentwithenterpriseobjectives.

BasicQualifications
Bachelor'sdegreein Business,Analytics, Computer Science,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
8+yearsofexperienceinanalytics, data management,orbusinessintelligenceroleswithinpharma,biotech,orhealthcare.
ProvenexperiencewithSAP ERP,Salesforce, andanalyticsplatformslike Power BI and Tableau.
