Role Description:
As a summer intern you will play a key role in in understanding and analysing how the current processes and programs are working within the Site Operations group at Amgen India. This role will require interaction with senior leaders at Amgen India and USA. The role requires strong assessment, analysing, critical thinking as must have skills. We would like to see a fundamentally strong individual ideating in solving problems in exchange for solution that reflect our mission “to serve patients” in all your activities.
Roles and Responsibility:
1) Driving key projects to completion as an intern program manager with eye for detail in reporting back to across various stakeholders.
2) Ability to deep dive into program/processes of various teams and engage with stakeholders on decisions that impact Amgen business in India.
3) Design process improvement plans and scale up operations to the next level with minimum supervision.
4) Own and drive various projects on ground and build Amgen Hyderabad as a COE with growth as focus area.
5) Articulate ideas and suggestions with a convincing ability to influence leaderships decision keeping in mind Amgen growth and culture.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelors Degree any discipline
