Role Description

The Senior Manager,Engineering Operations Services Facilities ManagementLead isa leadership roleaccountable for execution, performance, and adoption of Engineering systems and associated data flows.This role ensures systems effectively support Engineering, Facilities, and EHS operations while aligning with enterprise technology and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Director, Engineering Systems, Technology & Reporting, this roleoverseessafety, environmental, facilities, and regulatory compliance whileleveragingAI enabledinsights tooptimizeperformance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ownsfunctional execution of assigned Engineering systems,programs,and documentation

  • Assesses and implementsenhancementstoassetlifecycle management.

  • Assistswith audit programs and activities, ensuring relevant dataarecorrect andavailable,when necessary.

  • Assistswith facility operations-related data interpretation in support of investigations, preventive/corrective action development, and continuous improvement.

  • Develops,monitors, and manages change,based on facility-focused KPIs.

  • Drivessystem standardization and harmonization across sites and regions.

  • Ensuressystems meet cybersecurity, regulatory, and quality requirements.

  • Partnerswith Technology teams on integrations, upgrades, and architecture-aligned solutions.

  • Enablesreliable data consumption for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.

  • Balancesdelivery of enhancements with system stability and technical datamanagement.

Preferred/ Good to haveQualifications

  • Experience managing technical professionals, providing strategic and tactical direction, supporting staff professional development, and delivering team performance.

  • Demonstratedproficiencyin facility management.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, analytics, or insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated capability to support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability toinfluenceoutcomes without direct authority.

  • Experience partnering with Technology, Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in regulated environments.

  • Strongexpertisein data governance, analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and collaboration tools (e.g.,Teams,SharePoint)

  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to business processes, problems, and decisions.

  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, interdependencies, and competing demands whilemaintainingstrong execution discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience translating client needs into program-controlled business processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.

  • Experience working across regions and time zones with cultural awareness and adaptability.

  • Demonstrated experience leading global teams and partnering with enterprise Technology organizations.
