Live | What you will do
- Own and lead delivery of media performance analytics for Amgen’s HCP and consumer marketing initiatives across multiple brands and geographies.
- Manage a team of analysts responsible for recurring and ad hoc campaign reporting, ensuring high quality and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for brand teams, marketing science, and US-based media leadership to define goals, interpret trends, and drive action.
- Guide QBR preparation and delivery from a media measurement perspective, ensuring alignment across campaigns, KPIs, and insights.
- Lead identification of trends, underperformance drivers, and optimization opportunities based on historical campaign data.
- Define and evolve KPI frameworks and performance benchmarks in collaboration with brand and media stakeholders.
- Partner with analytics, marketing, and vendor teams to align on methodologies, data definitions, and reporting expectations.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity in all performance reporting and media analytics outputs.
- Take accountability for delivery managed by L5 leads; resolve escalations and maintain alignment with US senior managers and global analytics leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Analytics, Marketing Science, or related field with 8+ years of analytics experience including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience leading media analytics for HCP and/or consumer marketing campaigns, ideally in life sciences or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong track record of delivery ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and insight generation.
- Proficiency in storytelling using data, backed by tools like Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL/Python.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, especially with US or global marketing partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with QBR rhythms, KPI frameworks, and marketing performance evaluation in a global pharma setting.
- Experience leading teams supporting campaign analytics or media measurement platforms.
- Knowledge of key channels (TV, display, search, social, endemic) and how they relate to KPIs across the marketing funnel.
- Ability to balance delivery oversight with hands-on thought partnership and team capability development.
