ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
Responsible forensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of enterprise applications and integrations that support business-critical systems. This role focuses on test automation, enterprise system validation, API/integration testing, andGxP-compliant validation processes.The engineer will design and implement automated test frameworks, execute end-to-end system and regression testing, and ensure that applications meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong experience in enterprise application testing,GxPvalidation practices, and automation strategy implementation within Agile delivery environments.The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, developers, validation teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, andmaintainautomated test frameworks for enterprise applications and integrations.
Create and execute automated and manual test cases for system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Perform API testing (REST/SOAP),batchinterface validation, and data reconciliation testing.
Validate end-to-end data flows, transformations, and business rules across integrated enterprise systems.
Ensure testing activitiescomply withGxPvalidation requirements, SDLC standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Develop andmaintainvalidationdocumentation including test plans, protocols, traceability matrices, and test evidence.
Collaborate with developers toidentify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and integration issues.
Participate in risk assessments and support risk-based validation approaches.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation planstoproject and product leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, automation practices, and quality processes.
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
Any degree with 5 - 9 years of experience in Computer Science/Information Systems experience with Agile Software Development methodologies
Functional Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in enterprise application testing (system, integration, regression, and UAT support).
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,RestAssured, or similar).
Experience in API testing and integration testing.
Strong knowledge ofGxPvalidation processes, CSV documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or similar.
Experiencevalidatingdata integrity and performing SQL-based data validation.
Understanding of CI/CD and automated test execution pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in Agile /SAFedevelopment environments.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience testing integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or similar).
Knowledge of risk-based validation approaches.
Experience in RBM/RBQM systems.
Exposure tocloud-based enterprise applications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps and test automation best practices.
Professional Certifications:
ISTQB, or relevant QA / integration certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
