Associate Finance OPS

Associate Finance role will support the Operations Finance Planning & Analysis team in the following responsibilities:

oEnsures that day-to-day reporting and forecasting for supporting functions is handled properly and according to internal guidelines, accounting principles and applicable laws and ethical business practices

oSupport monthly close process, completing management/project reports, variance analysis, and presenting results and recommendations to Senior Management. Gather and analyze data, understand and communicate cost variance drivers, and establish effective working relationships within Finance and Function

oSupport consolidation of global forecasts and actual analysis for both Opex and Capex

oWork with Clients to gain a thorough understanding of key cost drivers and sensitivities

oPerform ad-hoc analysis as needed

Preferred Qualifications

oBachelor’s degree in business

oCertified public accountant or past experience working in accounting (with preference for experience in cost accounting and/or manufacturing finance)

oProficiency with SAP, Hyperion, ANAPLAN and/or other large ERP, AI tools, CHATGPT, CodeEX and consolidation tools

oAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

oExperience supporting senior leaders of an organization as an FP&A business partner or in some other advisory capacity

oExperience in preparing executive communication to include written and oral presentations

oProblem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and solve vaguely defined problems

oPossess a continuous improvement mindset

oAbility to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset

oAbility to take initiative and work within an autonomous environment
