Lead and manage enterprise-wide digital transformation programs with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability
Own and refresh the global process universe (L2/L3 level) across multiple functions, ensuring maturity assessment, benchmarking, and standardization
Design and implement future-ready operating models, process clusters, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using agile and design thinking methodologies
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive long-term planning and ensure alignment to enterprise strategy
Conduct and lead design thinking workshops focused on drug development, integrated evidence, and acceleration programs
Define and institutionalize KPIs, governance frameworks, operating standards, and ways of working
Establish and scale Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including data & digital enablement, automation, and transformation initiatives
Drive creation and implementation of transformation solutions with measurable impact (e.g., ~$40M savings in clinical kit transformation)
Provide strategic advisory on medical and knowledge strategies including business model design, demand management, and digital learning
Launch innovative service offerings from concept to go-live, targeting multi-million dollar business impact
Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of experience in strategic consulting, digital transformation, or business operations within pharma/life sciences or consulting firms
Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs and launching new services/products
Strong exposure to operating model design, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional stakeholder management
Expertise in tools like SNoW, Adonis, and digital collaboration platforms is a plus
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
Ability to lead with influence, work in ambiguous environments, and drive change across diverse teams
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred
