What you will do
Reporting to the Business Unit Lead, General Medicine, the candidate is accountable for:
Work cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen CV brand can be optimized.
Devising and implementing marketing plans in line with global/regional guidance to build the CV brand and grow the business.
Ensuring all plans and initiatives adhere to highest level of integrity and Amgen Values
Key Responsibilities
Develop CV portfolio LRS, annual budget planning and provide inputs on team resources allocation.
Connect with Global / SEA cross-functional team to provide local market updates and review business performance.
Lead the Country Brand Team to develop and implement the annual Country Brand Plan/Local Product Strategy (LPS) in full congruence with regional guidance.
Propose national budget, sales target and obtain the agreement with GM,
Oversee the CV team’s forecast exercise by collaborating with supply chain and finance manager,
Lead and monitor the execution of promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with regional guidance and the approved local plan.
Engage and enable (provide training, appropriate materials, etc.) salesforce to achieve brand aspiration (cycle and product meetings)
Manage CV team OSE budget to ensure management result can be achieved.
Track and report brand performance regularly based upon the agreed KPIs included in LPS or other commercial plans.
Cross-Function Collaboration
Partner with the local medical lead to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
With the support from Value, Access & Policy, coordinate CV marketing team to formulate (VA&P):
Product price strategy and product access plan.
Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) & Patient Support Programs (PSPs) plans.
Align on advocacy plan.
External Stakeholder Management
Build network with key external stakeholders to promote Amgen’s core values and key messages from the CV portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities, develop business cases and plans for securing resources to realize the potential of the opportunities.
Compliance
Ensure all activities, campaigns and materials (1) are reviewed & approved according to the corresponding SOPs; and (2) comply with internal policies and local code of practices.

What we expect of you
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industry, with at least 6 years of experience in marketing function
Experience in digital marketing or Omnichannel marketing.
Financial and budgeting skills and experience
Computer skills (MS Office programs)
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Proficiency in Cantonese
