What you will do

Reporting to the Sales Manager is accountable for:

  • Assist Sales Manager to lead a sales team (private sector) to achieve the sales target and business objectives

  • Conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

  • mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning

  • develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market demand

  • foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

  • analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

  • conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance

  • prepare and present sales reports to senior management

  • evaluate team performance through metrics and feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize results

  • work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching capabilities

  • Proven track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to think critically and develop long-term strategies while motivating the team to achieve short-term goals

  • Strong focus on individual development, understanding team dynamics, and fostering a supportive work environment

  • Comfortable navigating change and challenges within the pharmaceutical landscape
