What you will do
Reporting to the Sales Manager is accountable for:
Assist Sales Manager to lead a sales team (private sector) to achieve the sales target and business objectives
Conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance
Key Responsibilities
lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth, fostering a culture of continuous learning
develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market demand
foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
conduct training and mentoring for team members to enhance skills and performance
prepare and present sales reports to senior management
evaluate team performance through metrics and feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

What we expect of you
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Proven track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Preferred Requirements
Ability to think critically and develop long-term strategies while motivating the team to achieve short-term goals
Strong focus on individual development, understanding team dynamics, and fostering a supportive work environment
Comfortable navigating change and challenges within the pharmaceutical landscape
