SR. ASSOCIATE SALES & MARKETING OPERATIONS
Job purpose:
The purpose of this role is to perform local sales targeting and incentive calculation practices for the field force as well as contributing to the local and global projects to improve CRM operations and reporting in general. This role will be responsible for timely and efficient use of reporting system(s) to support management and sales teams and improve current local reporting practices in line with stakeholders’ needs. This position will report into the Sales Excellence Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Design & Update IMS sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance at national and territory level.
• Follow up field force CRM activity including CLM, develop reports to reflect CRM performance and share with the field force.
• Allocate quarterly FF sales targets according to the agreed target allocation model.
• Calculate quarterly field force incentives according to the agreed sales incentive scheme.
• Support FF restructuring analysis and territory alignment processes.
• Contribute to segmentation processes; coordinate segmentation surveys, conduct post-survey analysis and calculations.
• Act as a business partner to business units, provide support in sales operations related issues as necessary.
• Design, Coordinate and Implement marketing and sales effectiveness projects that aim to improve business productivity.
• Design standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative critical metrics for Field Force teams.
• Ensure the rollout of Digital Tool implementation in country and oversee implemented tools for proper follow-up KPI sets through Dashboards or ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years professional work experience in sales and commercial support, business analysis experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• The ability to understand and communicate the linkages between the different topics within Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs.
• Salesforce.com knowledge.
• IQVIA database knowledge.
• Self-starter with high work ethics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of analytical skills and capability to solve complex, cross-functional problems.
• Solid English language skills.

Preferred Requirements:
• BI tools experience.
• SME or Pharmaceutical/biotech industry background.
