What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide meaningful analysis and insights into the external market landscape to help inform of external opportunities and to support brand planning and strategy. Efficiently summarize, prioritize & synthesize data from multiple sources into an integrated picture to understand brand performance to be clearly communicated to Marketing, Sales and Senior Management Lead robust sales forecasting and scenario planning. Lead insights generation activities using primary market research (qualitative and quantitative) and ensure compliance and governance in all research and analytics activities. Develop business cases for launches and growth initiatives.
Conduct market, competitive, and government performance analysis.
Lead comprehensive market assessments including market size, growth trends, segmentation, and competitive dynamics.
Support brand strategy through data-driven recommendations.
Be an internal consultant and knowledge expert to provide in-depth information and analyses of the therapeutic area external landscape to support brand strategy.
Design and maintain accurate sales forecasts and improve forecast accuracy, incorporating market trends, tender dynamics, regulatory shifts, and government purchasing behavior into projections.
Lead market research initiatives and manage external vendors, and ensure proper documentation and compliance adherence.
Support key financial activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Business Cases by providing objective, data-driven insights.
Manage relationships with external vendors to prioritize business needs and enable effective execution of analytics.
Develop an understanding of the regulatory, legal, clinical, and commercial functions that contribute to overall Business Development projects success.
Travel required: 15% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance, economy & industrial engineering.
7+ years of forecasting, market research, business analytics, business development, launch excellence or consulting experience.
Management of computer systems (MS Office)
Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Management of market audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GSDT, INEFAM, GOB360, Close-Up)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience & background of high specialty pharmaceutical market.
Management across a broad range market research study designs and participant types.
Background in Business Intelligence, Planning, Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas.
Experience in visual development of dashboards.
Background in consulting, business development and launch excellence.
Ability to function independently and to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Executive-level communication and storytelling with data.
Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environment.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Proficient facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
High ethical standards and integrity.
