What youwill do

In thisvitalyou will,you will support end-to-end study delivery resourcing across clinical programs and countries. 

Reporting totheSr Manager-SDRM, you will contribute to forecasting, recruitment, resource allocation, deployment, and Full-Service Provider (FSP) oversight, ensuring alignment with program priorities and operational needs.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Develop,maintain, and enhance automated reports and dashboards to track resource capacity,utilization, andallocationtrends.

  • Analyze data using analytics, visualization tools, and AI to predict resourcing needs andidentifyrisks or inefficiencies.

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for managing resource allocations at a program or country level.

  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans and manage recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Manage Work Request Forms (WRFs) and support FSP quality oversight processes.

  • Support and contribute to FSP Functional Management Team (FMT) meetings through performance and quality analysis.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with program teams, country resource points of contact, and FSP partners.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across resource management processes, tools, and systems.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
