Potential Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a structured, traceable historical SOA knowledge base by extracting target and molecule parameters, model assumptions, simulation outputs, observed data, and model-performance information from prior projects.

  • Mine scientific literature and available reference sources to create an ADC evidence and model-input dataset, including molecule and target information, affinity and potency, efficacy, species and dose, pharmacokinetics, DAR or stability, and assay context.

  • Develop and apply a data dictionary, standardized templates, unit-normalization rules, and source-provenance records to make curated data analysis-ready and reusable.

  • Perform quality checks, cross-check conflicting sources, document assumptions and data gaps, and prepare concise visual summaries of the curated evidence.

  • Compare selected literature or historical trends with outputs from existing SOA or ADC models and communicate findings through summary reports and presentations.
