About the Internship – Transportation Performance Analytics

Transportation Service Providers (TSPs) are essential to ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant global logistics operations. Today, performance data is scattered across different reports and systems, making it difficult to consistently monitor and evaluate carrier performance.

  • Conduct a current-state assessment of how TSP performance is tracked
  • Develop a standardized KPI framework and definitions
  • Map data sources and create a unified reporting structure
  • Build a centralized TSP performance dashboard prototype
  • Deliver a final presentation summarizing your insights and recommendations
