What you will do

As Central Prep (CP) Lead / Overviewer (Sr. Material Coordinator), you will coordinate and execute the workload within the CP process, coach and mentor team members and support Warehouse Operations Management with problem-solving.

Operating in 3 shifts, you are responsible for ensuring continuous supply to ABR’s manufacturing lines, by overseeing and executing the CP process in close collaboration with the Warehouse Production Work Order (PWO) picking team. While doing so, you assure all work is executed in a safe and compliant matter on the shop floor, per established GMP requirement and procedures. You have a continuous improvement mindset and act as the go-to foreman/woman in ensuring supply and plan-adherence in your shift.

In this vital role, you will:

• Be responsible for assuring daily operational CP plan-adherence by making sure all production lines get their needed materials on-time-in-full to start manufacturing per scheduled timelines;
• Organize, coordinate and oversee activities within CP process and team or any other;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the CP and/or PWO process;
• Participate, support and advise in job interviews for potential new (flex/temp) workers to be added to the CP and/or PWO team;
• Coach and mentor team members on the shop floor;
• Collaborate with peer Overviewers and/or supporting departments in the identification and troubleshooting of operational issues, identifying and implementing suitable solutions to ensure business continuity;
• (Co)host/lead departmental CP or PWO team huddles and shift-handovers;
• Have the ability to act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advice giver towards Warehouse Operations Managers.

• MBO level MBO level (relevant education) or related experience.
• >3 years of experience in a relevant logistics / operations / manufacturing environment.
• Basic MS Office experience and understanding.
• Appropriate knowledge of SAP / warehouse management / MES systems.
• Experience in Overviewer / Team Lead type of jobs (delegation/coordination of workload and tasks).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
