Senior FP&A Finance Associate
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, and Market Access teams (Budget, Forecast & LRS).
- Evaluate monthly sales execution and expense plans Vs Reported Scenarios, anticipating market situations that may impact performance.
- Report sales budgets and corresponding adjustments in the company’s financial systems.
- Lead OPEX reporting and control processes in the required systems.
- Support quarterly closing and reporting processes to corporate headquarters.
- Ensure team members understand their assigned OPEX and reporting platforms.
- Support long-term financial planning activities.
- Analyze and prepare reports for corporate headquarters.
- Contribute to the implementation of standard methodologies related to assigned processes.
- Provide financial insights and decision-making support to multiple partners (Business Units, project teams, and cross-functional areas).

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree O
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- High school diploma / GED and 8 of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Experience in project execution, data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Intermediate/sophisticated level of English.
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and excellent command of Excel.
