Demand Planning Senior Associate Bogotá (Fixed Term - 1 year)
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:
- Execute Planning process considering market conditions, supply capabilities and statistical analysis to ensure product availability at the affiliate.
- Ensure new product launches and regulatory variations according to plan and Life Cycle Management process.
- Accountable for creation and maintenance of Master Data elements in SAP, RR and Anaplan to correctly execute country Planning and support Lifecycle events (i.e. launches, re-supply, etc.)
- Support local Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and lead Demand Review process.
- Ensure adequate shelf-life, inventory levels, minimal inventory scrap and reduction of logistics expenses associated with inventory management.
- Ensure the demand planning KPI´S on target: Forecast accuracy, Bias, SL, MFC, CSL, Scrap.
- Manage the supply process to guarantee a balance between the local demand plan and the supply plan for product imports.
- Partner with SC and cross-functional teams and stakeholders to lead/implement best practices and initiatives that lead to better performance results.

Basic Qualifications:
- Master Degree Or
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields and 6 months of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or
- High school diploma / GED and 4 of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in supply chain management
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and advanced Excel, Anaplan and Rapid Response.
- The candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Supply Chain processes:Product Launches and Variations, Demand Management, Supply Management, Inventory Management, Importation Process, ERP Master Data, Information systems for demand planning.
