CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

What you will do
In this role you will act as a strategic business partner to the Franchise and Brand teams, supporting decision-making through advanced analytics, field force effectiveness initiatives, and multichannel data insights. You will also support the implementation and calculation of field force incentive plans and sales performance objectives.
• Support field force optimization through data insights (territory alignment, targeting & segmentation, call planning, performance tracking)
• Deliver analytics and dashboards to support business decisions and campaign performance
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Contribute to incentive scheme analysis and sales performance calculations
• Identify opportunities to improve field force productivity and customer engagement
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, supporting data-driven decision making

What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. What we seek in you as an experienced professional, are these qualifications and skills:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in SFE / Consulting / Reporting / CRM Analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights
• Collaborative and strong communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred:
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of healthcare environment and pharmaceutical data sources
