What you will do
Reporting toDistrict Sales Manager, theSenior Biopharmaceutical Representative -Cardiovascularis accountable for:
Maximizes sales of Amgen’s products in territory
Achieves salestargets
Delivers keymessages
Collaborates with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketingstrategy
Identifiesandestablisheshigh quality customerrelationships andinternalcollaboration
Knows in-depth knowledge of the product(s),market ,stakeholdersandcompetitors
Works within agreed budgets
Understands the patientjourney

Responsibilities
Collaborates with manager todevelop andimplement territory POA and key accountplans .Achieve POA.
Evaluates progress vs. plan monthly and agrees to course corrections withmanager
Contributes to Cluster/Territory Teams Collaborates (Medical Affairs/Key Account Manager, etc.) to agree on key account plan objectives/responsibilities
Engages with peers and District Manager to learn bestpractices
Demonstrates an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitalsoperate.
Identifyand gather competitive information with sound knowledge of the competitivelandscape
Follows through on customer commitments and requests ina timelyfashion. Actively gains customerinsights
Reports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are keptup-to-date
Demonstrates an understanding of Amgen Performance 4 selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgenneeds
Operates within the agreed expensebudget alignedwith POApriorities
Seeksadviseandassistanceto organizeactivities
Continuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives owndevelopment

What we expect of you
Qualifications
MinimumRequirements
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
• Basic knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment (not for specialist Sales Reps)
• Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
• Fluency in local language, both in oral and written communication
• Relevant local legal qualification
• Clear understanding of the importanceifcompliance practices
Preferred Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in lifescience or(bio) medical sciences
• Knowledge of CustomerRelation Managementprinciples
• Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels
• Exposure to project management principles
• Experience in one or more of the following customer groups:Cardiologists,Endocrinologists
