The Postbaccalaureate Fellowship Program is designed to empower recent bachelor level STEM graduates with immersive research experiences, rigorous mentorship, and professional development.
By bridging the gap between undergraduate education and advanced graduate training, the program fosters innovation, strengthens Amgen’s scientific talent pipeline, and prepares fellows for successful entry into competitive PhD and MD-PhD programs.
