Post-program placement:

Our Senior Sponsors are pillars in the commercial organization and invested in your success. You'll be assigned an executive-level leadership coach who advocates for and mentors you throughout your entire experience. The Operations Talent Council advises the program and provides oversight with project selection to ensure that your internship supports critical business contributions.
Tailored development
Gain a wide breadth of experience through annual rotations across five operations functions: Global Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering. You'll engage in on-the-job learning, formal technical and soft skills training, and professional development. Program participants focus on making effective recommendations to Operations' senior leadership via various forums, including a final readout to executive management.
