About the Program
Amgen's Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) develops future commercial leaders by combining rotational breadth, built-in career support, and meaningful work that helps serve patients. For 30 years, the CLP has focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining top MBA talent to build a strong pipeline of commercial leaders. Grounded in Amgen’s mission to serve patients, the CLP develops leaders who can translate innovation into meaningful impact. Amgen’s strong culture of investing in talent supports graduates going on to hold leadership roles across the organization.
The CLP internship opportunity is geared towards 1st year MBAs seeking summer internship with possibility to convert to full time program enrollment. The full-time program includes three 12-month rotations that cultivate leadership capabilities, broaden commercial expertise, and strengthen Amgen’s future commercial leadership pipeline. Amgen embraces a flexible, virtual-first work model, with options for fully remote or hybrid participation.
