The Department of Inflammation and Oncology Research is seeking an Associate Scientist to investigate mechanisms of immune modulation in inflammatory diseases and cancer development. The Associate Scientist will be an integral member of a dynamic research team, collaborating with research scientists at multiple Amgen sites, and working closely with groups in other functional areas.
The Associate Scientist will perform cutting-edge research that include both in vitro and in vivo studies in the area of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases and in tumor.
Master’s degree and 2 years of scientific experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of scientific experience
Proficient skills in vivo mouse models of inflammation and cancer
Proficient experiment skills in molecular and cellular biology
