CDnA - Senior Director, US Analytics
What you will do

In this vital role the Senior Director of US Analytics will have responsibilities for leading the team to drive overall analytics strategy and uncover data insights, to guide overall Business Unit & Brand strategy, and speed up commercial decision making process.
This leader will act as the key point of contact between Executives, Marketing/Field Leaders, and cross functional teams, to develop and deliver robust secondary analytics, including National and Subnational insights and measurement plan, to facilitate clear and holistic understanding of risks and opportunities, to further accelerate business performance and optimize overall efficiency.
In addition to partnering with cross functional partners (ie. market research, forecasting, decision science, etc.) to distill insights and provide thought leadership behind business planning and trade off decisions, this position will also develop a team of analysts, provide guidance to prioritize appropriate support for multiple brands of business unit, and continue to advance overall US Analytics rigors and capability.
Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US Headquarter site. You will work on-site a minimum of 2 days a week.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 5 years of analytics and/or reporting experience
OR
Master’s degree and 9 years of analytics and/or reporting experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of analytics and/or reporting experience
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 5 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive stakeholder engagement and management to prioritize analytics needs to enable data driven commercial decision making process
- Ability to lead and prioritize team supports and resources, and direct and partner cross-functional teams to complete priorities in a timely manner
- Wide range of Analytics/Consultative Skillsets and Experience spanning across different disciplines and therapeutic areas
- Strong analytics and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations
- Proactively identify & define business problem, and design effective solutions to address through data, analytics, and research
- Strong expertise and experience working with secondary data, analytics, research, and dashboarding & reporting approach
- Strong Oral, Written presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts verbally or visually via ppt for stakeholders and general audience
- Develop and nurture productive collaboration and partnership with cross-functional team
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate strong thought leadership to shape brand strategy and advance analytics capability and standards
- Embody Growth mindset to explore and assess different / emerging applications, including and not limited to data, analytics techniques,
- Strategic leadership strength in developing long term people analytics strategies and objectives; ability to proactively identify gaps and opportunities
- Proven track record in identifying, retaining, and developing top talent required to build and sustain a diverse, high performing team

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
