Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for:
- Transform large, sophisticated datasets and analyze market indicators to provide important analysis, insights and/or recommendations to support business performance, strategies, and objectives.
- Active participating, coordination and support sales forecast process (sell-in/sell-out) by supervising and using accurate market trends, inventories, other market opportunities and potential.
- Support, advise, and collaborate to deliver ad-hoc reports and data for different departments.
- Ensure alignment, quality and standardization of the data and insights; ensure that the reports are accurate, and troubleshooting any issues with appropriate contacts (e.g., external partners). Identify any actions needed for data quality improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration with commercial and medical teams for market sizing in product launch (eligible population, identify competitors and market opportunity, sales proposal based on insights).
- Ensure that market research is conducted in compliance with appropriate policies and SOPs, and that findings are shared and used for future analysis.

- Market research Annual Plan fulfilment.
- Sales & market forecast.
- Deliver strategic insights.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on the industry OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience in similar positions on the industry OR
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in similar positions on the industry.
- Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on Forecasting, Market Research, Business Analytics, Business development, launch excellence for Rare Disease and Biosimilars markets.
- 2 to 3 year of experience in Business Intelligence Roles
- Management of computer systems (MS Office); mainly excel / Market Audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GSDT, INEFAM, Close-Up, Gob 360) / Tableau, QlikSense, Flexview and/or any visualization tool.
- Large and sophisticated databases management.
- Background in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and independently lead cross-functional projects of high complexity.
- Strategic, Proactive, Analytical and Critical thinker.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
