What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will manage maintenance and operations of site facilities to ensure they meet health, safety, and environmental standards, site information technology infrastructure and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site operations and understanding of the local stakeholders to operate the site. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive collaboration and excellence across our operations. Reporting to the Director of Site Operations will be the Senior Manager of Facilities, Senior Manager of Information Security, and the Senior Manager of ESG.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in site operations to include facilities management; information technology and security; and environmental, sustainability and governance.

• Lead facilities management and coordination with facility service providers.

• Protect the organization's data and information systems from cyber threats. This includes overseeing network security protocols, managing access controls, and responding to security breaches.

• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of the site's network infrastructure. This involves monitoring network performance, managing network upgrades, and troubleshooting issues

• Develop and implement Environmental Health and Safety programs to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations. This involves conducting safety inspections, facilitating worker health programs, and managing emergency response plans.

• Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate job transitions into the Hyderabad office.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of operational plans.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Oversee the implementation of operational plans, ensuring all activities are carried out as planned.

• Ensure all documentation related to operations is accurately maintained and updated.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

• Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of site operations. This includes setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 4 years of Site Operations or Facilities Management experience OR

Master’s degree and 14 to 16 years of Site Operations or Facilities Management experience OR

Bachelor’s degree and 16 to 18 years of Site Operations or Facilities Management experience

Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills

• US to India Transition Management Experience

• Project Management Experience

• Strong knowledge of project management software, such as Smartsheet, PowerBI, Jira, and MS Office

• Expertise in project management principles and documentation

Good to Have Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Equivalent

• Experience in multi-site project models and client communication

• Preferred experience in corporate technology transitions
