Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of SAP, Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR

• Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of SAP, Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of SAP, Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR

• Diploma and 14 to 18 years of SAP, Computer Science, IT or related field experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of SAP platform implementation and operations, including managing Basis, development, integration, and security. Proficiency in SAP architecture, landscape design, development & integration standard processes, and security controls is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing highly integrated S/4HANA and BTP landscapes. A deep understanding of the latest SAP technologies and their application in optimizing business processes is crucial.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing strong teams. Ability to foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure services and cost optimization methods to efficiently manage cloud-based SAP environments, leveraging cloud offerings to implement best-in-class solutions from development, integration, and security perspectives.

• Understanding of DevOps methodologies within SAP, along with expertise in SAP BTP integration and security practices such as GRC, to enhance system extensibility and future-readiness of the Global ERP platform, ensuring consistency to the highest security standards and Amgen policies.

• Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and SAP Business AI to use advanced technologies in optimizing SAP solutions and driving innovation.

Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):

• SAP Certified Technology Associate (preferred)

• SAP on AWS (preferred)

• Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)
