What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will work on projects and processes that ensure the training strategies of the department are executed for all GPS roles. This includes supporting training, on-boarding and off-boarding activities. The role supports Role-Based Assignment Vehicle updates and training initiatives.
Supports and maintains training plans for all roles within GPS.
Supports and maintains the various on-boarding plans for GPS.
Supports and maintains off-boarding plans and knowledge transfer document templates for GPS functions to support business continuity and compliance.
Provides support as required for training initiatives
Maintains oversight of the GPS training metrics.
Works with R&D training groups and R&D quality on training initiatives and LMS activities
Provide support for the management of GPS controlled document and managed information (outside of the controlled document repository)
Support the maintenance and review of GPS JD/CVs
Provide support for maintenance of SharePoint sites and other systems as required
Support PV Compliance Related activities as required
Performs other duties related to the position as necessary as defined in Standard Operating Procedures or as requested by direct supervisor
Aids in various administrative tasks regarding project activities and schedules
What we expect of you
Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience OR
Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of training plans and Learning management systems
- Demonstrates analytical skills to solve day-to-day problems
- Applies a methodical approach to completing all tasks
- Demonstrates solid written and oral communication skills
