The analytical tools we deploy throughout the business add value for our patients.   • Work with business teams on user story development, data modeling, UAT & releases
  • Work in a team of engineers and analysts as well as with suppliers to drive outcomes
  • Maintain data quality with regard to integrity, completeness, consistency, uniqueness and validity
  • Adopt Agile SCRUM development methodology in building and testing solutions
  • Develop code
  • Create and enhance data visualisations for end users
  • Debug and Problem solve

What we expect of you

Required experience and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Similar and 5+ Yrs of total experience with 4+ Yrs of relevant development and design experience
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong experience in business analysis and process mapping
  • Continuous improvement approach (i.e. LEAN, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies, work multi-functionally in teams (internal and external)
  • Expertise in programming/scripting languages such as: Java, C, C++, Swift/Objective C, Python, Go, C#, or JavaScript
  • Experience in relational database fundamentals and Big Data Platforms such as Databricks
  • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of new platforms, languages, tools and technologies
  • Good communicator and analytical skills
  • Experience in analysing large data sets
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Requirement Analysis and Data Mapping for ETL processes
  • Experience in testing Business Intelligence applications
  • Strong experience in Data Warehousing and ETL
  • ETL tools; Cloud-based like Informatica, PowerCenter/Cloud, Snaplogic, Databricks and/or MuleSoft, SQL
  • Redshift/Spectrum cloud-based database, knowledge of ODBC
  • S3 or equivalent storage system
  • AWS stack (or similar cloud-based platforms)
  • Data analysis and reporting experience by using analytics, visualization, and database technologies (PL SQL, Spotfire, Tableau, Python – NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
