The Global Distribution Hub (GDH) EMEA is an essential part of Global Distribution's supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable supply of Amgen products to countries worldwide. The team manages logistics service providers (LSPs), internal and external warehouses, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), orders execution to various destinations, and leads strategic projects.

Sales Operations operates in a dynamic environment, handling order execution for distributor markets across different regions. Our models vary and are tailored to the MEA, CIS, and EU regions. Through the Distributor Alignment Initiative, some EU distributors are managed by local affiliates instead of GDH EMEA's Sales Operations teams. This initiative allows GDH EMEA to study different models, evaluate best practices, and recommend streamlined processes, aligning with our strategic objective to standardize for enhanced reliability and efficiency.

What we expect of you

We are looking for students with passion and who are thrilled to help in our mission “to serve patients”.

To be successful in this event, we are looking for interns:

• Be a pre-final student, from both bachelor’s and master’s studies with a key interest in Supply Chain.
• Have proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Be bold about your goals.

In order to be eligible for this internship, you should currently be enrolled at a (Dutch) University.

We only consider students who are in their 3rd or 4th year of their bachelor’s or Master studies.
