About the Internship

Amgen’s Global Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash (GCX-OTC) department is looking for a Project Coordinator intern to help develop and implement the GCX-OTC Playbook. This essential document serves as a guide for the department, centralizing processes, standards, and best practices. You will play a key role in supporting the creation of the Playbook, managing its integration into digital platforms, and coordinating the training and onboarding of new staff members.

The assignment includes:

  • Supporting the development of the GCX-OTC Playbook to improve efficiency, communication, and organizational identity.
  • Coordinating the creation of a digital collaboration platform for the Playbook.
  • Designing onboarding plans and a training program for GCX-OTC staff.
  • Managing the playbook agenda and ensuring the final delivery within the set timeline.

  • Commute reimbursement: 100% for public transport (2nd class) or €0.29 per km (up to 35 km one way).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Open to learning and working independently with support.
  • Availability for 4-5 days per week, hybrid work options.
