About the Internship
Amgen’s Global Customer Experience & Order-to-Cash (GCX-OTC) department is looking for a Project Coordinator intern to help develop and implement the GCX-OTC Playbook. This essential document serves as a guide for the department, centralizing processes, standards, and best practices. You will play a key role in supporting the creation of the Playbook, managing its integration into digital platforms, and coordinating the training and onboarding of new staff members.
The assignment includes:
- Supporting the development of the GCX-OTC Playbook to improve efficiency, communication, and organizational identity.
- Coordinating the creation of a digital collaboration platform for the Playbook.
- Designing onboarding plans and a training program for GCX-OTC staff.
- Managing the playbook agenda and ensuring the final delivery within the set timeline.
