What you will do
Responsibilities
Accountancy
- Ensures timely and appropriate recording of all transactions in general ledger, asset management, account receivables, accounts payables and payroll
- Ensures correct filing (in time and content) of all documents
- Ensures payment and control of travel expenses
- Coordinates monthly / quarterly closing activities (maintains Blackline)
- Monitors / supports flawless execution of A2R and P2P workflows
- Point-of-contact for Global Accounting function
Taxes
- Ensures accuracy of tax forms presented to the local authorities
- Ensures payment of taxes, following local deadlines
- Coordinates tax audits (tax authorities & external auditors)
- Point-of-contact for Regional Tax
Contract & Pricing
- Maintenance of VIPP contracting framework & reserve reconciliations – support ACCP on claim settlements
Controls
- Ensures execution of processes according to Internal and External control frameworks. Supports audits
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Ecomonics / Business Administration or related principle
- 2 to 3 years of experience in financial department
- Demonstrated knowledge of accountancy, relevant laws
- Demonstrated knowledge of GR tax environment requirements
- Demonstrated capability to learn quickly systems and processes, being open and flexible to changes, in a multinational environment
- High level of English, both in verbal and written communication
- Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP ERP
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Anaplan / Hyperion planning modules
- Experience with Contract Management and Pricing Systems like VIPP
- Experience with Intercompany transactions and Transfer Pricing
