What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role will be accountable for Learning Administration / Learning Operations and associated client support for one or more Research and Development areas (Global Development, Global Regulatory Affairs and Strategy, Global Patient Safety, Global Medical, Research, R&D Strategy & Operations, Commercialization, Local Clinical Trial Training / Local Training Assignment and R&D Quality).

Responsibilities:

  • Administer updates to RBCs and RBC assignment as per existing processes
  • Support maintenance of tools which support the RBC processes
  • Perform Training Impact Assessments with Learning Activity owners
  • Support maintenance of LMS related process documentation
  • Provide input to process improvement in areas of support
  • Prepare and distribute training compliance reports for e.g. audits & inspections
  • Develop and maintain identified SharePoint sites
  • Monitor team shared mailbox – respond to inquiries, fulfill requests, triage when needed, monitor team shared training calendar
  • Ensure pro-active partnership with clients and subject matter experts
  • Support large scale LMS initiatives, as needed and advised by management

In addition to Learning Administration / Learning Operations, the Sr Associate Training & Development will support automation enhancements for R&D Quality processes as guided & advised by management.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of LMS or Learning Administration experience

Or

Associate’s degree and 6 years of LMS or Learning Administration experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of LMS or Learning Administration experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record administrating a Learning Management System (LMS) and related processes within a highly regulated healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
  • Robust understanding of LMS best practices to meet learners’ needs and fulfill compliance objectives
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal / in writing)
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Able to work in a quickly changing and demanding environment
  • Team-oriented with ability to listen, adapt and respond to changing needs

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
