What you will do

The Senior Associate Supply Chain position will have responsibility in procurement and production planning activities in ASM. This role will also support projects and end to end supply chain transformation in ASM. Key responsibilities of the role include (but not limit to):

  • Develop material inventory plans and releasing orders to suppliers for assigned material categories.
  • Track and analyze monthly performance metrics for adherence, accuracy, cycle times and inventory investment
  • Maintain Purchasing’s record database (SAP System) integrity and maintain purchasing documentation to cGMP standards.
  • Support Supply Chain end to end Transformation program; collaborate with ASM SC workstream leads to monitor and ensure key deliverables are met; facilitate progress update and escalation to ASM SC leadership
  • Support NPI and key site projects to ensure supply chain readiness and key projects milestones are met.
  • Drive operation excellence in ASM by leading and/ or supporting continuous improvement and productivity projects.
  • Collaborate and support production scheduler with executional activities such as BOM maintenance and Process Orders as required.
  • Support internal quality and regulatory inspections, Non-Conformances, CAPA and/ or Change Controls as required.
  • Perform other related procurement, planning and project management tasks, as well as take on special assignments to support cross-domains activities within ASM Supply Chain as required

What we expect of you

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR
  • Associate’s degree and/or 6 years of directly related experience OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of directly related experience.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders in cross functional and cross-cultural environments.
  • Having good understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes in manufacturing environment.
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
