In this vital role, the Imdelltra Senior Manager, will have the opportunity to deliver immediate impact through effective HCP marketing strategy and tactical execution in one of the most competitive therapy areas Amgen operates in and on a very exciting launch brand.
This role will lead the execution of the HCP promotional strategy and will require significant cross-functional collaboration and agency management. In addition to excellent teamwork, executive presence and communication skills the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patients, delivering for the business, and commitment to excellence in marketing, leadership, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support next wave of rapidly approaching launches and launch milestones
- Design, develop, and execute marketing resources aligned with brand strategy (i.e. iCVAs, brochures, flashcards, websites, field communications)
- Execute the overall brand strategy and tactics with AOR, and other key vendors/agencies
- Lead development, production and MAC approval of all HCP-related personal promo creative/content in partnership with internal and external (agency) partners. Expert at organizing and preparing for MAC meetings.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to collect feedback/input and incorporate suggestions, where appropriate.
- Serve as an adviser to the field on matters/issues; coordinate monthly FIT (field insights team) calls; closely aligned with brand and sales leadership; and responsible for pull through
- Collaborate with Training to ensure pull through of promotional tools and programs to prepare field teams for launch (update existing materials, if needed)
- Sales meetings lead (S Meetings). Work closely with cross functional partners, including FTMs to coordinate and lead successful sales meetings aligned with brand strategy
- Work with CD&A team to inform HCP promo strategy and execution. Work with OBU MR lead to generate and share insights with Imdelltra Brand team to support strategic thinking in brand planning, enhanced creative, modify tactics etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to ensure connectivity / alignment and support Imdelltra’s brand initiatives/goals. Be a critical part of brand planning.
- Manage Imdelltra budget; closely monitor spend and forecasting efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong marketing acumen including a key grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development. 2+ years in rare disease marketing.
- Extensive non-personal promotion experience: ability to develop and execute a range of initiatives/tactics that are aligned with and support overall brand strategy.
- Proven record of developing and implementing insight-led high impact campaigns and marketing tools
- Experience working with advertising agencies to develop and produce engaging creative (on time and on budget).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw, communicate and pull through actionable insights from data; ability to work with ambiguity and evolving treatment landscape
- Proven ability to partner with research, medical, regulatory, and legal colleagues.
- Self-starter: strong bias for action and agility.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong communication effectiveness: the ability to engage, connect, and influence senior management and the sales and marketing organization
- 6 years+ of Marketing/Field Sales experience (including 3 years+ of Marketing)
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
