Marketing Manager HCP Omnichannel Bone Health
What you will do
As an Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Amgen’s HCP (Health Care Provider) digital evolution — helping us meet customers where they are, with what they need, when they need it.
- Shape CRM Journeys: Lead strategy and execution of HCP CRM campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud — from concept through deployment and optimization.
- Elevate Peer-to-Peer Engagements: Build omnichannel pre- and post-event experiences for our P2P strategy. Drive the execution of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) omnichannel engagement strategy, including pre- and post-event communication journeys in partnership with P2P and Omnichannel leads
- Empower the Field: Develop and optimize field enablement tools like rep-triggered emails and Connect-a-Rep.
- Fuel Innovation: Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead, MCM Lead, and agencies on modular content development to streamline asset reuse and accelerate execution
- Analyze & Optimize: Partner with Customer Data & Analytics and Campaign Operations to define business requirements, measure campaign performance, and derive optimization insights
- Orchestrate Execution: Support Symphony omnichannel campaign operations, including project tracking, trafficking, and execution coordination
- Prolia hcp website owner: Manage updates to ProliaHCP.com, ensuring it reflects current strategy and meets provider needs.
- Ensure Compliance: Lead MAC/MLR review of digital assets, balancing agility with rigor.
- HCP budget management: Act as the HCP budget consolidator, maintaining a budget visualization tool to track expenditures and support strategic financial planning across all HCP marketing activities
What we expect of you
We’re searching for a strategic doer — someone who’s just as comfortable brainstorming future-state journeys as they are launching and monitoring today's campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree
Or
- Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
- Associate’s Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud), email, and HCP-facing digital tools
- Expertise in digital marketing execution in highly regulated industries
- Ability to distill data into actionable insights and clearly communicate them to stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with MAC/MLR review processes and budget tracking/visualization tools
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset — you thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
