Specialist IS Business System Analyst

What you will do and what we expect of you

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:  

Duties: Develop data dashboards, data reports to enhance efficiency and process; Provide technical support and domain expertise for computer systems validation and Information Technology validation, Infrastructure qualification and maintenance activities of medical and pharma software systems; Review, design and develop requirements for software applications, computer systems to implement solutions in data driven applications; Review, approve and develop test cases, test scripts for software applications, Informational Technology Infrastructure applications, Security applications; Develop the strategy for validating the computer systems, Artificial Intelligence applications, Infrastructure applications; Collaborate with cross functional teams, project leads for project results and deliverables related to computer system validation, infrastructure qualification, deviations, change tickets; Support Digital technology Innovation team audits and inspections on computer systems, Infrastructure systems, Automation systems; Ensure maintenance of computer systems validation, Infrastructure applications qualification, Security and compliance of software systems; and Providing oversight and guide validation engineers, technical resources on completion of the validation, Infrastructure qualification process.  
May telecommute. Supervises direct reports. Position requires up to 10% travel to various unanticipated sites nationally and internationally. 

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Informational Technology, Computer Science or a related field & 3 years of experience involving the following: 

1. Leading testing scope for applications and software system requirements and articulating tradeoffs to launch technical applications in production environment that are aligned with the business processes and computer system validation; 

2. Developing information technology solutions using agile methodology for improving business, training materials, processes and procedures related to software applications and manufacturing systems; 

3. Application lifecycle management testing tools including: Kneat and Val Genesis testing software;

4.  Leading validation strategy for manufacturing systems, Active Directory application to track user accounts and security applications;

5.  Developing status reports, data driven reports utilizing: MS Excel, Smart Sheet, and MS Visio;

6.  Quality management tools including: Trackwise, Veeva vault, and Quality Management Electronic System;

7.  Analyzing and investigating in resolving deviations, change records, Corrective actions and preventive actions for issues raised in computer systems and software applications; and 

8. Supporting regulatory submissions, FDA audits, internal and external inspections on computer systems.

Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,058.00 - $143,472.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
